We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the item you purchased:

  • Is faulty or unsafe

  • Is significantly different from the description or sample shown

  • Does not do what it is supposed to do

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@littlewoofboutique.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Claims made after this period may still be considered in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Once your claim is assessed and approved, we will offer a suitable remedy — including a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping

If your item is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs. For any other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Your Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. We will always act in accordance with those rights.
